Ryan specializes in Senior Transitions and Financial Planning, centered on client service and a deep understanding of each client's unique circumstances. He recognized early in his career the growing need for prudent advice for our growing senior population. Transitioning into the golden years can be challenging for spouses and adult children. Ryan has worked extensively in this field since 2007 creating a network of trusted resources to help simplify and provide best of practice options.
As a CFP®, Ryan also understands that most investors do not have the time or interest to fully research and understand all of their options. That’s why he is committed to guiding families through their financial decision-making by helping educate them on opportunities and risks in the marketplace.
Ryan was born in Decatur Georgia and holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Georgia. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation through the Certified Planner Board of Standards. He and his wife, Sarah, have lived in Oakhurst since 2008 and have 2 children. (Stella & Grant) Ryan was chairman of the Board of Directors for the Decatur YMCA (2021), a member of the Rotary club and volunteers for numerous local events and charities. Ryan is an avid fisherman, sports enthusiast and loves outdoor adventures with his family. The family attends Decatur City Church.
